Jamie Welsh
Founder, President
Jamie Welsh is the founder and CEO of 10% Solution, a social responsibility certification and consulting company. 10% Solution is a culmination of inspiration, knowledge, tears, experience, guts, a little bit of crazy and a whole lot of love. In a previous life Jamie was a highly accomplished executive with a diverse background in hospitality, homebuilding and software product development. She has held executive roles: VP of Marketing for Hilton Hotels Corporation, executive consultant to start-ups, and President and CTO of Your Design Center working with the top builders in the nation. She has been in marketing and consulting for the past 12 years and in the interactive space for 16 years. She holds a Master's in organizational management and a Bachelor's in television and film. She also works with several non-profits including Habitat for Humanity. She is on the board of Team Kids and is an executive board member for the Centennial Heritage Museum.
Shona Davidson
Co-founder
Shona Davidson is a co-founder of 10% Solution. Shona is a veteran of interactive design and technology, with 19 years of experience in both the creative and technological aspects of website and web-based application development. She has held her current position as president and web producer at i2i Interactive since co-founding the company in 1997. Shona is a board member for Do Good Music and works as a technical advisor for several non-profit organizations, including BAWSI (Bay Area Women's Sports Initiative) and Mobility Golf.
Mary Donahue
Development and Design
Mary Donahue contributes web and collateral development and design expertise to 10% solution. With over 20 years experience in multimedia and computer graphics, Mary has served as creative director for i2i Interactive since co-founding the company in 1997. Before joining i2i, Mary served as managing partner and art director at Show & Tell Systems for 13 years. Mary enjoys working with children and actively volunteers with several non-profit organizations, including BAWSI Girls, Almond Elementary School and Los Altos High School.
